Who are the Region's Attorney and the Public Attorney? What do they do?

I was just banned. What do I do?

Certain officials are permitted to summarily ban nations who pose a security risk. If this is your case, you should hire an attorney. A list of known attorneys is provided above for your convenience.

I have been charged with an offense. What do I do?

It is recommended that you hire an attorney if you have been charged with a Criminal or Civil Offense. A list of known attorneys is provided above for your convenience. If you wish, you have the right to request the Public Attorney to represent you. Do not modify or delete anything that may be considered evidence.

I am the victim of an offense. What do I do?

If you have been the victim of an offense, and you wish to file charges, you may do so by filing the appropriate Motion to Press Charges. See the List of Forms, Filings, and Motions above. If you have been the victim of a criminal offense, you can contact the Region's Attorney and they may be able to help or file charges on your behalf. The Region's Attorney prosecutes all criminal cases. If you have been the victim of a civil or state offense, you may consider hiring an attorney. A list of known attorneys is provided above for your convenience. If you wish, you have the right to request the Public Attorney to represent you in state cases.

Why can't I post in the High Court region? How do I request access?

Access to the courtroom is restricted to parties of active cases. When there is an active hearing, the Court will open embassy posting abilities for the NWI main region. If a non-resident requires access to the Court, they will be provided with an access key to enter the region, and at the conclusion of the hearing will be required to promptly depart. Please contact the Court if you believe you have been denied access in error.

How do I become a lawyer?

You should educate yourself on the Law, and then file Form 901 with the Court.
